Qantas resumes A380 flights after safety scare

The A380 is travelling from Sydney to Singapore, and then London, three weeks after the Australian airline grounded its flights following the incident.

Qantas says the aircraft have undergone extensive work and are safe to fly.

The pilots of the 4 November flight made a successful emergency landing in Singapore.

The plane experienced a midair explosion shortly after taking off, in what was considered to be the most serious safety incident yet for the superjumbo.
